#artistsupportpledge is an initiative started by artist Matthew Burrows MBE, assisting artists to continue to work and trade through the Covid-19 pandemic, when galleries closed and teaching opportunities were lost. Each participating artist sells their work for £200 and when they achieve £1000 worth of sales, they pledge to purchase work from another participating artist for £200.
The paintings on @jennymatthewsartist are all priced at £200 or less (unframed and excl. P&P), which is very much less than my regular prices. As well as increasing sales for me during these very difficult times, these reduced prices also allow more people to own art and for me to offer you a ‘bargain’!
