Portraits

I returned to portraiture in response to artist Tom Croft’s Instagram initiative called #portraitsfornhsheroes during the 2020 Covid-19 epidemic, as a way to thank NHS professionals for their tireless work: participating artists were offering free portraits to NHS front-line staff. Below are some of these portraits, and some of friends and family.

If you would like to have a painting of someone special, for yourself or maybe as a gift, I can paint their portrait in watercolour for you. I am happy to work from life and/or a high quality photograph. The price for a commission of around 40 x 35 cm is £500 excluding the frame (P&P may be more depending on your location).
